The Alex J. Q and Court of Dreams
After they'd gone to Wimbledon together, Alex had wanted to change their grass in Iowa to the same kind of grass Wimbledon used. So that's what I did. Mark ripped up all the old grass and planted rye grass; then he renamed the court. Do you think he'd be happy with how the court looks now? Oh sure. So is my grandfather. In 2017, Mark held the first Alex J. Q and Invitational. We've hosted Nebraska as well.
