The Pros and Cons of Intact Teams

The beauty of the beauty of doing that work is then we get to see the executives as leaders of people. Like the next level leadership teams, you know, where that report to the executives, those are clearly already identified. And so I was just in a session yesterday with the team and, and actually this was the second time I had been with this sub team as a product team. And I actually noticed a lot of advancement in that executives leadership capabilities. Yeah. So that's that, I don't know if there's any other kind of obvious pro or con with that.
