Is Land Power the Great Counterweight to Defense?
Land power was the soviet's advantage, and we needed to com up with symmetrical responses. But what you're saying in this traditional maritime, in an air theatre art or a symmetrical advantage may actually be land power itself. I think that that over complicates the problems for adversaries here. And that, along with our allies and partners, that is the great counterweight to f their efforts.
