How Do I Scan a Windows 10 PC?

I've got an old machine th attic i can give you. It had windows seven, which i installed afresh on a new drive. Then did the upgrated windows tend and then it refused up after that. So i end up reinstalment about three times, and eventually i got it working again. But just can i just point out how awful windows s are? I don't know why anybody wants us to be moving anyway remotely close to this tipe of set up with their ap stores and various immutable file systems. Our system works perfect. It's terrible.
