The Argument for Good Cause Eviction

I think it's partly a function of very effective, you know, well-funded public relations operations by the real estate industry. I mean, this was proposed as a package. And what that means is people who support good cause eviction were willing to compromise on how it would work in a way that was intended to address some concerns of people who are skeptical of good cause eviction. So we'll continue obviously to make that part of this conversation.
