The Russians did not have colonies. The Russians simply conquered this enormous expanse of territory. And they put in this set up a government over here, an invasive, oppressive, occupying force administered India by force and extracted every last bit of value out of India. That is called colonization. It's a very complex history that we are dealing with over here.
