automation is unbelievably important, and i'll give you a really pragmatic reason why. If you are doing things manually, your front desk people are not going to bother to do data entry around the spam calls that they receive because they don't think it's a good use of their time. The other thing, g you talked about this in terms stopping the shop, integration with calendar. That was the third thing that i probably should have said, integrating with calendars. Much more important. Who wants to talk about leads when you can talk about consultations and clients, right? Yes?
