Is Abolition of the War on Terror Possible?

I refuse to accept that a free people do not have a poitical choice in this. The rise of isis obviously was a big turning point for the war on terrar. And very revealingly, it was more blamed obama's partial withdrawal from mura, rather than on the initial invasion over terror. I don't mean to say any aspect of the war on terror will continue, is inevitable, is permanent. But abolition of thewar on terror am answering a question you haven't asked me, is possible?
