The Effects of Seed Oils on Health

Serena Williams: Just because canola oil may be used in some restaurant establishments over and over to fry food, doesn't mean that using it for cooking at home is bad. She says the oxidation products of seed oils as a result of repeated frying could start people on this path towards atherogenesis and cardiovascular disease. Williams: Why are you like cherry picking the seed oils for these, these bad effects? It doesn't make sense. If you switch that oil out with palm oil or heck butter or lard, you're still going to get worse health effects.
