The Shell Seekers by Rosamund Pilcher
My seventh book of 2022 is The Shell Seekers by Rosamund Pilcher. I just loved our lead character. She's a mom of grown children and her grown children don't necessarily think that she's the greatest mom in the world. It all takes place in an English village with these gorgeous houses who are very much a part of the story. But it's also tremendously interesting in the actual plot line of what's happening. There's great family dysfunction. There's disputed inheritance. There's art. There's so much. And there is no question that it will be on the top 20 books that I've ever read list because it just was a book that became a part of my
