The Starting Strength Bench
Pinching of the shoulder blades cue is an important one. I didn't take that one seriously enough when i first did the programme. The thing that really fixed it was the starting strength bench. Cause the thing gives you so much feedback, and it's so narrow that you havit keeps you honest. So i have to really squeeze my shoulder blades together. That'll put youryour shoulder joint in the right position to avoid impinging things and stressing things in the wrong way.
