How to Be an Effective Persuader
People live up to what they write down. We should always be asking them to write down their commitments to us as a consequence of that active choice. They will be more likely to stay aligned with that commitment. This is fantastic and I noticed in the research for the book, for both books, you want as a trainee to job courses for jobs that involve persuasion. It's really, really fascinating to see how sometimes people stumble across these things without quote unquote scientific study and are able to test for it through trial and error.
