How do you instill this importance of creativity in the culture? I often stop meetings and conversations. Don't try to rush to the end game, just one thing at a time very methodically. There's not a big distance there between doing things in a mediocre way and doing things in really an outstanding way. It's up to leaders to say, no, that is not the life we're going to have.
