Changing the Culture of the Company

One of our first steps was three years of listening session. We did three years solistening sessions and just said, he look, i'm coming through the plants. I haven't been through the plants in a long time. And theywere really simple problems to solve. But we weren't listening. We were just too busy trying to get the next hundred million in revenues. So as we changed those things and they saw we were listening, they came around. Then we started investing in community service type projects. It's almost like there's an element of coach ability, or continuous learning that needs to be in there as well.
