The One Misconception With Self-Directed Education
By the time I knew enough to switch to project based both of my kids were reading and writing and had done a basic level of math. They would have picked up on a lot of it like I said when we started this approach they were doing way more than the curriculum little worksheets they were still doing on the side. It took me a long time to let go of Khan Academy because you know oh math you have to learn math and how will they learn math but um now my my 14 year old is getting into unity and uh blender and so the stuff he's picking up math and physics wise from that is incredible right like and it's not a structured thing but he will tell me
