Communication Is the Number One Thing in Public Health

We had no business continuity practice place for the most vulnerable populations. How do you get good information out there? That's not like telephone. There was a real breakdown in the availability of good information. And that's something i think that needs to be a part public health, a armamentarium going forward. We're building this community health worker legion. They could be the ground zero example for good information write, good communication.
