The letter from birmingham jail has become so much a part of the cannon that we just think that that's sort of how the movement operated. Most of what was done didn't involve civil disobedience at all. All the very dangerous work, you know, get in getting voters registered in the south at that involves no civil disobedience. Even even rosa parks, that is technically not civil disobedience.
