In healthy teams, people should share the blame. But in reality, you do have to have someone who takes some oner ship. If you guys build something id a, the thing that se built doesn't translate,. A, it doesn't meet those matricks, right? Engineers didn't coat it wrong. They probably had. Could have used bete requirements that could have use better business guidance as to what to build. That comes back to the product manager. Is it because quality didn't test it? Or is it because you didn't provide the correct acceptance criteria? Do have quality test it even more thoroughly?
