Do You Still Practice Shaking Meditation?
meditation is something that i would practise very, a, very often. I've done things like box breathing and indifferent types of breath. Right now though, i'm experimenting with shaking. So i'm doing shaking meditation every single day to to see different aspects. And doyou still practise that a feather under the nose style meditation? Or do you play with other kinds?
