The Future of Social Benefits

I think one of the main problems humanity faces, for example, inequality. There are a lot of people on social what do you call a social benefit? Or like people who are getting that is a solution. I think it has already happened to a certain extent because in the US we're taking money from social benefits. But there are other people who are jobless who want jobs but can't find jobs. That's a problem that we have right in front of us. And we frankly, we don't have a lot of solutions.
