The Complexity of Differential Cells in Complex Organs

It's just a matter of perfecting the approach. We need breakers for all these major cell types to be present in the right ratios as you mentioned. And then also in the right cytoarchitect. So meeting that they can't just be jumbled in a mess, they're normally there in an organized pattern and we have to recapitulate that organized pattern for information processing to occur normally. It seems to me with my developmental biologist head on, that coming up with those kinds of structural connections would be the real challenge.
