Is Stoicism a Formar Toughness?
People who are stoic are weak and vulnerable. They are more prone to develop psychological and emotional problems an the fun tarm. Why? Fundamentally, because they have no idea how to deal with their emotions. It's deeply messed up tut in our culture, we view this as if it was toughness or strenthand it's the opposite. These are frail people. The definition of weak mindedness. And it is not what ancient stoicism teaches us.
