I Think It's a Loss of Institutional Memory in the Pentagon
I was just lucky because of the position. So i thinkt there's a loss of institutional memory. Oh, i think within the pentagon, within the people who plan these sorts of things, it is well known. The frightening thing is, i don't know that the principles in this case, like our leadership in the state department, the c i a, the executive branch. I'm sure we have the same problem with china and others. This is unfamiliar with russia. You know, what potton is doing is, in my view, reminding us of the risks.
