Product Managers Are a Big Mistake in Product Management
I hold a relatively controversial opinion in that you need to have some specific soft skills that are very very hard to learn. I think platform PMs are probably one of the most demanding jobs product management. Product marketing did not exist for the longest time right like product marketing teams and this is something that I'm very excited about because now it reaches into B2B product let's say other SaaS platforms.
