I think this person would be a subject of some fascination for a while so initially everyone would be tuning in to just watch him utterly dominate and try to figure out the mystery of how it's happening. I don't know exactly how long that would last before it became boring but then if this person is just repeating 150 miles per hour over and over and over again  would you actually want to watch it once the player has established that he can actually repeat this skill? It becomes almost like a goni jomes like this person is a witcher a wizard or whatever.
