Youth Development

I think it's a vital part of youth development. It's about trying to give young players an understanding of purpose. What's their purpose? Whats they want to achieve from life? Does the club try and be a et in other waysbecause it doesn't have the resources of some of the other clubs in norway, let alone in europe? And what are some of those other ways on? I think i right if i give you two examples, a one that's relevant to the work i do in the academy, and one that's also related with the whole club.
