Howard Kurtz: Our best friend and often our least accompanied friend is listening, right? We have to enter into that conversation with not just a perspective about their industry, but a perspectives about their company. He says you will not go out and just find this mythical unicorn of like all these challengers just sitting there waiting to be hired. Kurtz: What I'm moving away from is someone who's great at talking at a customer or finding how can someone accumulate all this insight in this information; conducted to a dialogue such that they are getting the customer to realize it on their own.
