Intubation
In general, we have to be very careful with their way pressures. So I think my default would be is the high flow oxygen system and trying to aim for the oxygen saturation of 90% or better. That'll be our start. Two would be following up on our blood gases, making sure they're not hyper-captic. And intubation is always in the calculus, but what happens is we have to try to put that on the back burner as much as we can.
