According to the boat incident expert chris lloyd, the weather that night was awful, awful, awful. That's like a class room full of kids going missing and only one parent calling to find out where the hell their kid is. But what about that one family mem who did call to say the boat never arrived? Who was that? Can't they get any more clues from that person? Maybe they called it anonymously. The only other logical explanation as to where the boat ended up is that it could have docked somewhere more clandestine than an actual dock. If the boat was doing something untoward, smuggling people or contraband, it makes sense that they might have docked Somewhere secretly
