I'm Not Sure It's More Like Than It Isn't
This is a critique on myself as well as on the things i'm going to retete critique. The entire book is incredibly metaphysical. It's like the most metaphysical self helped book i've listened to. He doesn't go too much further in explain exactly what it is, ad more so just saying how to fight it. But there is a lot of different parts in this book where i did feel that dogmatic, preachy point of view.
