Is FTX Money Sponsoring Podcasts Legal?
Many of the influencers who had convinced grown back to invest in crypto had personal deals where they were paid by FTX according to a market watch report. By sponsoring podcasts like Millennial Money, the company was likely trying to target economically vulnerable millennials and other young adultswho were trying to become financially stable. So is any of that legal can corporations pay podcasts to promote their products or can podcasters take money from corporations and then do everything they can to keep that relationship between podcaster and corporate sponsor secret?
