Quantifiers in English

The usual things that count as determiners are articles, demonstratives in English possessives can and then quantifiers in new rules. You might think that that's a different word, but the will have to I don't know this is not really a show about English percent. Another reason that to me quantifiers seem different is because they can cluster, but you can't say all my dogs. So there are some some oddities there, but so, you know, and then that gets into a whole lot of issues.
