The Importance of Physical Touch and Affection
As a guy, like it can be hard to ask for male needs. Because there's shame around it. I think both sexes have it in a really bad way. You only focus on what's wrong with you, not what's wrong at large,. which is the issue. So that comes to physical touch and affection - far more important than emotional or cognitive or aesthetic needs right now. helping others is significantly further away than receiving that.
