In the Eisenhower era, you could sort of influence an individual or take action against an individual shareholder. But now we have this very institutionalized market and also this power in these three big shareholders. And another interesting one is when you have someone who sits on the board of two competing companies. The FTC recently and the DOJ did some joint letters to writing to companies about interlocking directorates.
