Fox settled with Smartmatic for $2.6 billion in a defamation case over its " dominion lies" CNN's John Berman says the settlement doesn't mean Fox will have to pay up, but it does give them some accountability. The network is still facing another suit from Smartmatic and may settle that one as well.
