The Importance of Community in Digitalization

Tim Cook: I was alluding to the fact that, okay, digitization drives an even bigger legend into the society in terms of the gap. And we really think that there's the opportunity to drive equal opportunities for everyone. So being much more deliberate about how we impact people and their lives is one. We actually had for the first time now what we call local for good, which was a Manex hackathon where we brought the community across the globe together to work on three projects. In the US, we had new service, new hope service community in Singapore. And the welcome app, which again was about how people with who are refugees are actually being integrated into society in the Netherlands
