The Devil Is an Angel

Lent is a time of moral growth, pushing against vice and moving toward virtue. But there's also a certain power of fighting alongside Jesus that I've been struck by this particular Lent. The acts of prayer fasting and almsgiving can be offered for the defeat of evil in fact. So if I want to pray for demons of despair to be cast out from Denver, that could save somebody from suicide right now.
