The State of the Art in Organization Studies

Powell: I'm fascinated by how we are having the same conversation over and over again. And yet we feel we're having very different conversations in completely different contexts. So it is not a bug, but it's a feature of a field that sometimes can't be clearly articulated. Powell: It's important to articulate what it really is about living through all of this maze. We should treasure and improve and refine in the very participation of this particular field.
