Do You Think We're Set for a Doom Spirale of Far-Right Rallyes?
At the weekend we saw more anti-immigration rallies as well as these 15-minute city protests. It seems to me like doom to be a failed attempt and also the government is going really big on anti-protest legislation at the moment. That could see a big wave of civil disobedience rise that could see young people in the streets. In the states policing has a military hue to it it is policing by force primarily in this country. What will happen to that policing by consent if officers start applying new protest rules only to environmental protests while letting far-right wing nuts do the same for causes which enjoy much less public support?
