The Flash goes into a different dimension called the Speedforce. He's running, but the Speedforce is actually this thing that helps him run. His body is maintained intact and stuff like that. But he still can feel pain. Because these guys are redefining these powers. And look, they help you get smarter as your kid. I completely agree with this. You do have to come to it with an understanding that the science has been bent around the story. This is not an actual rendition of say Amanda's version of science, which is bound by the FDA and all legal protections. Science corner would be fun though because you can have Neil deGrasse Tyson on there whose job it is
