The Story of a Native Bee Colony
Jacob and Connor fenced off a section of car spaces on the roof, built three big garden beds full of fresh soil. They planted some native greenery and put in two native bee hives. Maybe they should plant roses and daisies because they usually come with a lot of pollen. The oldest cultures in Australia belong to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders who've lived here for more than 60,000 years. Nearly half of the people who call Australia home were born in another country or have at least one parent who was.
