UPDN, UDPN for Stablecoins and CBDCs

A Universal Digital Payments Network, UPDN, UDPN for stablecoins and CBDCs was launched at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The first two of these proof of concepts will involve two global banks testing digital currency cross-border transfer and swap transaction. We've already heard this a hundred times. Why do we have to keep talking about how this is going? How many times does the US go out and say, you know, we're going to put together as steering committee to consider the release of a draft white paper on the possible use of it? Well, I think this is all part of the marketing. It's inevitable. Do you know what I mean?
