Alcohol makes mild intrverts into mild extraverts. It doesn't really make you dumber so much as it releases your inhibitions and loosens you up. In moderation, that can be supereffective. If you don't do it angry, if you do it like, funny, it's whatever kind of funny. You can try on ridiculous clothes, you know, that aren't meant for you, is always funny. Those are just examples of being playful, right?
