How to Make Japanese Milk Bread?
In Japan, milk bread is traditionally made in a pullman loaf pan. We added buckwheat flour to our recipe and found it adds some extra flavor. It's almost like two giant, fluffy dinner rolls in the pan. Sounds very cosy. It is. It's amazing.
