Is This a Crime?
When I was in high school, my 18-year-old cousin was killed on Halloween morning. The next day a candlelight vigil was held at the site by close to a hundred friends and family members. While remembering what side of town we were on, cops showed up to monitor the situation. We were not allowed to grieve.
