How to Revise Your Perfectionistic Belief

People had a little bit of a hard time with it. The new belief has to have something to do with like I can still feel good about my work even when I don't know everything. It did seem like it was challenging for people to do that exercise. Can you give us just an example, like, instead of I must be better than I am now in order to be loved and approved? And the new belief was I can keep learning and growing as a therapist and human being. And I'm fine and okay just as they are now.
