We're biologically prime to focus on the negative as a survival mechanism, so creating reminders of the good is vital. Another great way that we can continue to celebrate is by sharing our accomplishments with others. As with my frisby team, we can have a cheer after a small win. But again, remember, it doesn't have to only be big things that we're celebrating. We're looking for all those everyday winds are moving us in the right direction.
