Interest rates act as gravity on, like, the financial markets. We own certain companies that are sensitive to interest rates. And how we either manoeuvr it or don't look for opportunity? The risk is from inflation itself, but a big step up in interest rates could be maintained for a while. It means that rates in the future are significantly higher than they were in the past. But i just feel it things are a lot worse out there right now than what you are seeing in headline numbers with the market at all time high.
