Every entrepreneur isn't successful because they don't know how to do one of four things. They either don't know that something is possible altogether, number two, they don't knows how to do something or three, they don’t know how to get other people to do something. And so we'll break down each one of these. For me, my deficiency was an ignorance around what is possible in the universe. If you have like, it's the biggest threat most entrepreneurs have is they don't even know what they can do. The good news is that stuff is actually the easiest thing to solve.
“The hardest thing to know is what you don't know.” Today, Alex (@AlexHormozi) talks about the four frameworks he and his company use to analyze the skill of an entrepreneur and how these frameworks tell them how good of an entrepreneur the person is and how much we're willing to bet on the fact that they're gonna be successful.
