How Did You Get Your First Job in Reverse Logistics?
I'm a multi passionate person and I have a lot of energy. So I went in initially to build out the customer experience, make sure that when people rented dresses, those people were happy. It was so important to create a space where the customer felt loved and cared for even when we made mistakes. That also gave me a lot of insight into what women wanted because then they'd be like, I'd love to see maternity and do you have prom dresses? And then also fashion solutions like Spanx and fashion tape and things like that.
